One technician, one licence
Walkie Desk is paid per seat: a seat is one connected technician, with up to 3 PCs open at once. You pay for the people working at the same time, not for the computers you look after.
- A technician with 3 PCs open uses 1 seat.
- If the same technician opens a fourth PC, a second seat is needed.
- Two technicians connected at the same time use 2 seats.
- A PC that is switched on and waiting does not count. QuickSupport sessions count like any other session.
No limits on devices
- PCs and devices paired with the account: unlimited.
- Walkie Desk installations: no limit on their number.
- Technicians registered in the account: unlimited. Invitations to colleagues are coming soon.

Professional
All features, for work. It starts with a 14-day trial, no credit card required; then you choose the number of seats, paid yearly or monthly.
Personal
Free, for personal and non-commercial use only: helping family and friends, reaching your own home PCs. It has limits (for example one PC open at a time and few paired PCs) and shows “free session for personal use” on the PC being helped.

Today, in beta
Walkie Desk is in beta and free for the whole beta. Create an account: you need an email address, a password and a second factor. It is an experimental service: it may have interruptions and change.
