About us

Walkie Desk is developed and run by iDev S.r.l., a small Italian company with its operational headquarters in Corsico, just outside Milan.

We have been developing software for twenty-five years: from device firmware to cloud services. We use remote control every day, and we often found ourselves choosing between tools that were expensive, limited in the number of devices or not very clear about where data travels.

Walkie Desk was born to do remote control the way we like it: secure by design, with the technician working from the browser, and no artificial limits on the number of PCs you look after. That is why you pay for connected technicians, not for devices. We design, develop and run it ourselves, on servers in Italy.
