Report a security problem or misuse of Walkie Desk. We read every report.

If someone is connected to your computer without your consent, end the session immediately with End or by closing QuickSupport. If you gave anyone passwords, codes or banking details, change them and warn your bank; for a scam you can file a complaint with the police.

What do you want to report?

A vulnerability in Walkie Desk’s programs, user area, APIs or servers. Please read the disclosure policy first. Abuse or a suspected scam: someone used Walkie Desk to access your computer without consent, or called you pretending to be a technician. Another security or privacy problem.

Required for vulnerabilities, so that we can reply; optional otherwise.

Description

What happened and when; for a scam, who contacted you, how, and what they asked you to do. Do not write passwords. At most 5000 characters.
